Influenced by the work of surrealists, symbolists and the seminal ideas of psychoanalysis Ledesma’s art work attempts to unveil the unconscious and the spiritual through the art making process. The painting process is unknown to her until the image begins to unfold on the canvas or wood surface. She follows the bliss of her senses in full trust that the art process will reveal itself.
